All sessions will take place at CP Photography's studio at 160 School St. in Waltham. Sessions are 15 minutes in length. There will be a 15 minute time period between appointments to allow for the previous client to leave before your arrival as well as sanitizing the studio. Only the student, sibling(s), and one parent will be allowed in the studio during their session.
After booking your session, CP Photography will send you an electronic photography contract to sign. In addition, the day before your scheduled session, CP Photography will also send an electronic COVID-19 Liability Waiver. The waiver must be filled out in order to participate in the session.
All payments must be made electronically through Venmo or Paypal (if you do not have one of these accounts, a check or cash will be accepted).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CP Photography asks parents and children to remain masked while inside the studio. Each child can remove their face mask when it is their turn to be photographed. The photographer will remain masked the entire time. All props will be sanitized after each child.
Please inform the photographer on the day of your session if you experience any of the following symptoms:
Gastrointestinal distress (nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea)
New loss of taste or smell
New muscle aches
Runny nose (in combination with another symptom)
Your session will be rescheduled to another time when you or your children are feeling well.
